Arthritis Relief

Judy G. in Newburgh, IN - best
Several years ago, friends told me that drinking a glass of pineapple juice every day helped them.

I have found it to be more effective than the aspirin, presciption painkillers, or acupuncture I had tried previosly.

Control Arthritis Pain

K. Hayden in Dayton Ohio - best
I read this in a newspaper article years ago. It involves using Certo, a jam and jelly making product, and grape juice.

Certo is available in most grocery stores, and is literally harmless when consumed, yet mixed with grape juice it becomes a miracle worker when dealing with painful arthritis.

Mix 1 teaspoon Certo in 3 ounces of grape juice and drink 3 or 4 times a day.

Put golden raisons in a shallow bowl and just cover with gin. Allow the alcohol to evaporate, then eat nine raisons daily.

Why this works I do not know, but it does.

Arthritis help

Jan in Waterbury, CT - three stars

This is not exactly a remedy but, if you suffer from arthritis pain, buy some cheap woolen leg warmers. Slip them over your legs for that extra warmth and to ease the pain.
