Take a couple od pinches of salt or rough Hawaiian Salt and with water make a paste, Rub it on the Bites and the Swelling will STOP Itching and the Swelling Will go Down!

ITCH RELIEF

Well what usually tames the itch for me is rubbing alcohol. Just rub it on the bite and oh it feels much better, especially if it is infecting looking from scratching alot. It would burn but for only a few seconds, but it is worth it.

Keep mosquitos away

I read somewhere that the reason mosquitos are attracted to a person is because of a lack of vitamin B6 in our body. The B6 vitamin is found in fresh raw vegetables.
Maybe that's why mosquitos bother some people more than others?

Mosquito bites
Crush some leaves from the herb feverfew and mix it with a little petroleum jelly. It's very soothing.
To discourage insects bothering you while out in the woods apply some chamomile tea on any exposed skin. Insects don't like the smell.

Make a paste of 1/4 cup meat tenderizing powder and and 1 or 2 teaspoons of water. Apply it to the mosquito bite to relieve the itch.

Mosquito bites remedy

Soak a cotton ball in vinegar and apply to the bite to relieve the itch. They say that mosquitos don't like the smell of oranges and onions. Rub over the exposed areas of your body to avoid them.
Avoid wearing clothing that is damp or colored blue. Avoid leaving standing water around your house. They also say that Bounce fabric softener sheets, repel mosquitos, only the original smell as far as I know.
Plant the herb tansy, or basil, in sunny spots near your doors. Mosquitos do not like the smell.
